Links Clubhouse, located adjacent to Links Golf Course by China East Sea at Pudong Shanghai, is a 4 stories renovated building which consists of twenty five guestrooms, two restaurants, coffee shop, spa and gymnasium, ballroom and prefunction areas, conference rooms, and a mini super market. The building shell is designed by RTKL based on an existing concrete structure. RTKL also is the lead interior designer of the Clubhouse whereas WHL is responsible for the design of some guestrooms, conference rooms, monument stairway, SPA and the production of construction documents of interior design. The Clubhouse will be open at the end of 2007, and will be known for its magnificent views. A conference room is located on the fifth floor overlooking China East Sea. Various types of guestrooms take up space on the third and fourth level while restaurants and coffee shop are on the second floor surrounded by exterior decking. Supporting facility, sap, gymnasium, kitchen, Conference room and Mini market are placed on Ground floor.
