Renovation and structural upgrade of a seven (7) storey historic building built in 1916 on the Bund, Shanghai, China. The renovation of this 15,000 square meter structure is to transform the building into a high-end Cultural Center consisting of fashion boutiques, an art gallery, and restaurants of notable chefs such as Jean-Georges Vongerichten and David Laris.
